SimCorp’s marketing team did 40.5 hours of work in 5.5.
Through our PLAN · BUILD · SCALE programme, the team built AI assistants around its own content work, and the results created their own demand.
More content, without compromising quality.
SimCorp provides investment management software and services to financial institutions worldwide. Its marketing team faced rising demand for high-quality content across channels and regions.
The team wanted to meet that demand without lowering its standards, and to establish an approach that could extend beyond content to the wider commercial organisation.
Three stages, on the team’s own work.
Participants completed an assessment of their workflows and their use of AI before the first workshop, so that every stage was built around their own tasks.
Choose the tasks
Participants reviewed their workflows and priorities, and chose the content tasks where AI would make the greatest difference.
Build the assistants
They built specialised AI assistants for those tasks, with the inputs, instructions and examples each one required.
Share and extend
The team shared what worked, assembled a library of its assistants and identified the next tasks to address.
Hours of work, task by task.
Time taken for each pilot task before and after the programme, as measured by the team.
The pilot created its own demand.
Following the content team’s results, the programme extended to regional marketing, sales enablement and channel teams.
From the SimCorp team.
“For me, the AI consultant is my best friend now. I can see it will be a big part of our future, and the future is now.”
Heajun Phan, Head of Global Content Strategy“One of the challenges with integrating AI is figuring out where to begin. The workshops were helpful in identifying a jumping off point and laying down the foundation for how to start.”
“You have to slow down in the beginning to move fast. The payoff is so good that when you invest time upfront, you know you're going to get strong support.”
