Step 2 of 7 · AI Opportunity Report

Identify where AI will create the greatest value first.

A structured diagnostic that combines your leadership priorities, your people's experience of their work and the constraints of your systems, then recommends where co-CEOs and Connected Colleagues will deliver the greatest return.

What the report reveals

A shared evidence base for leaders and teams.

The report brings together your leadership priorities, how your people spend their time and what your systems permit, giving everyone a single, evidence-based view from which to decide.

1

How time is spent

Where your team's capacity goes today, and which tasks recur week after week.

2

Current use of AI

Which AI tools are already in use, which are approved, and where adoption has moved ahead of policy.

3

Confidence and concerns

How your people feel about AI, and the tasks they would most value support with.

4

Systems and constraints

What your IT team has approved, and what must be reviewed before anything is connected.

5

Priority opportunities

The first team and the first tasks for co-CEOs and Connected Colleagues, with the capacity and value they are expected to return.

6

Transparent assumptions

Every projection sets out the assumptions behind it, so your leadership team can test and adjust them.

How it works

Four stages, with minimal demand on your team.

1

Diagnostic surveys

Selected leaders and team members complete short surveys, tailored to their function, on their work, their use of AI and the pressures they face.

Approximately 15 minutes each
2

A joint review of the findings

We review the responses with your leadership team and test them against your own understanding of the business.

3

The report and recommendation

A clear account of where AI will create value first, with our recommendation and the assumptions that underpin it.

4

Agreeing the starting point

Together we select the first team and the first tasks, then proceed to the systems and security review.

Frequently asked questions

What leaders ask us first.

Is this another AI survey?

No. It combines how time is spent, current use of AI, your people's views and the constraints of your systems into a single, evidence-based recommendation on where to begin.

What is required from us?

A leadership sponsor, a small number of managers and a representative group from the team under review. Each completes a short survey, and we review the findings with you.

How reliable are the projections?

They draw on your people’s responses, your own assumptions and results from our previous programmes. Every assumption is disclosed, so it can be challenged or refined.

Do we need to commit to the platform first?

No. The report comes first, and the decision on how to proceed remains entirely yours.

What happens once the report is complete?

We agree the first team and the first tasks, then review your systems and security with your IT team before anything is connected.
