Our story
We solved it for ourselves first.
In 2023, Tim Bond began testing AI on interview transcripts at TechPros.io, our thought leadership business. Work that had taken hours was completed in minutes, the quality improved and rework fell. Content production costs came down by 75%.
Our clients saw the results and asked us to help them do the same. We began by training their teams to work differently with AI. We then built the platform that gives every person a co-CEO, and lets each team build its own Connected Colleagues.

Katie works with boards, leadership teams and senior stakeholders on AI adoption, change and alignment. Her background includes EY and Lane4.
Jarrod Frye
Business Development
Jarrod leads business development at CogniScale. He was previously head of mobile at one of the world's largest internet providers, and began his work in enterprise technology in 1996 at Mars, where he moved the business's data onto its first intranet. He has led change throughout his career, and is as attentive a listener as he is a communicator.
Maria Martyak
Training and Enablement
Maria leads training and enablement across the Formula AI Control Centre and our PLAN · BUILD · SCALE programme. She brings more than 15 years of experience leading national and global teams in AI, deep technology, SaaS and enterprise platforms.
